Leadership Training Intensive
A key component of this program is the Leadership Training Intensive. During this training, participants will engage in meetings held one to three times a week over several weeks. The aim of this training is to equip participants with leadership capabilities in the context of social change.
Participants will learn effective techniques to enhance their impact, increase self-awareness, and improve public speaking skills. They will explore how personal experiences shape their own leadership styles. The training will focus on essential aspects of communication and teamwork, which are critical in creating effective change.
Virtual Classes with Global Experts
In addition to the intensive training, participants will attend four monthly virtual classes. In these classes, experts from various fields will introduce participants to real-world experiences of leaders in the US and Asia who are addressing complex 21st-century issues. Participants will gain deep insights into various challenges and the solutions implemented by global leaders.
These classes are designed to provide participants with useful knowledge and tools, as well as frameworks necessary to understand the ecosystems and policies shaping social impact. Dynamic and interactive discussions will allow participants to collaborate and share perspectives with peers from different countries.
Global Leaders Summit in San Francisco
The highlight of this experience is the Global Leaders Summit, which will be held in the San Francisco Bay Area in July 2025. This summit is an extraordinary opportunity for participants to broaden their horizons through critical discussions and ongoing leadership training. Here, they will engage in deep conversations about the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s youth.
During the summit, participants will be introduced to cutting-edge methods and creative leadership techniques that can be applied in both local and global contexts.
